[Elecraft] Fuses in power cable

I use 30A inline fuses for K3/100.  These are the same as used with
the Motorola two-way radios (Micor, Syntor / X).  Fuses and the
holders are also available from Mot parts.  They are very robust (and
also not cheap!).  They splice directly inline with up to 6 AWG cable.
