[Elecraft] High SWR into Dummy load

  Dave,

Check the coax between the K3 and the dummy load.  Best check is to 
connect an antenna analyzer to the end connnected to the K3 with the 
dummy load on the other end.

Do you have the coax connected to the right antenna port?
