DO your windows update found in start menu in control panel.  That should
fix it.

Hi all,
Well I have a Win 7 64-bit op system and went to the Prolific website and
downloaded the driver for the USB-Serial adapter claimed to be OK for Win 7
64-bit. The install failed because it couldn't read an inf file. Ideas
anybody?
