[Elecraft] Forthcoming article will feature the P3

The editor and I just put the finishing touches on my article "Eyes and 
Ears on Topband,"
which will appear in the March issue of the/K9YA Telegraph.

/The /K9YA Telegraph/ is a free e-zine, obtainable by subscription at 
the K9YA website.

My article features a number of memorable moments on Top Band this season as
captured on my P3.  The March issue will be available to subscribers 
during late February.
