[Elecraft] K2 VFO Freq Display Stuck (again)

[TI2/NA7U]

Don,

U6 removed, power off I have 74 ohms on pin socket 16.

I have 2.03d FW. The problem is getting the new chips down here (long 
story, but postal mail is out), but I will figure that out.
