Rose Kopp made one for me that fits this description -- in fact, she 
made two, the second for my running buddy, N3ZZ, and they're configured 
to lash together so that they can be carried as a single unit. Very 
nice. We bought them so we could each carry our K3s plus computer on a 
DX trip. My PSU that fits is a PowerWerx switcher rated for 20A.
