[Elecraft] ACC pin 7 dual use

I am using ACC pin 7 to turn on my SPE 1K-FA amp, but also need to inhibit
transmit while my STEPPIR is tuning.  It looks that this is and either/or
situation.  Any ideas on how I can accomplish both functions?
