[Elecraft] Impact of this mod: K3 I.F. Output Buffer GainModification???

The app note says that the mod is incorporated into all new K3's since
September 2009.
Without it, the P3 (or other panadapters) should still function, but
some weak signals may be undetectable due to the noise floor of the IF
being below that of the panadapter.
