[Elecraft] K2 rig control command list

There used to be a document on the Elecraft website that listed the rig 
control commands the K2 accepted through its I/O port.  I was looking 
for it tonight and can't find it anywhere.

Would some kind soul mind pointing me to it if you can find it or e-mail 
me a copy of the document if you happen to have one?
