[Elecraft] K3 12v ERR

When troubleshooting my KPA board issues Rene at Elecraft used the term
liberally, they are in California....draw your own conclusions HI! He
said to make sure both the pins and the terminal strip was well coated.
I have a K3 SN in the 600's and I have never seen this error either. It
was my other K3 in the 2300's where one of the drivers failed.
