[Elecraft] KPA500 Heat Expansion Pop

The amp was totally silent for the first few weeks of its life. The clicks
only started happening after a mains brown-out here (the mains went down and
back up several times in rapid succession as they tried to clear a fault in
the local grid, I guess). I wondered if that event might have damaged
something but everything apart from the popper works well.
I tried reloading the firmware* just in case that had been corrupted, but no
change.
The amp only pops when its warm i.e. in use, so it does seem to be
temperature-related.

* By the way, I couldn't locate the KPA500 firmware on the Elecraft website
(maybe I overlooked it but I couldn't see a link), but anyway the KPA
Utility found it for me.
