Try fldigi.  It works with pskreporter for digimode spots.
It has beam headings in it, and extensive macro facilities.
I have a macro which rotates my antenna and another which sets my steppir,
as I don't use the auto-follow feature.

fldigi runs on Win/Lin/Mac.
