[Elecraft] Issue with K3 EZ and SWR scan running LP Bridge

Some programs have trouble running through a virtual serial port program such
as VSPE or LP Bridge. K3 EZ might be one of them. At one point the K3
utility had that problem. I'm not sure if that is still the case now.
