I'll bet you can program a macro to do that but it would be band
specific.
The easy way to do it if you are running N1MM is to just enter a 0 in
the callsign window. That doesn't work for 17 and 12 because it takes
you to 18.000 and 24.000. In N1MM, any 1, 2 or 3 digit number entered in
the callsign window takes you that far above the bottom of the band. I
don't know about any of the other logging/rig control programs but I bet
they do the same.
