[Elecraft] K3 shutdown

Hi, Chuck:
I had the same problem with my K3 using an Astron 35M; tried my SEC1223 switching supply and shut down continued.  Very frustrating but I eventually tracked it down to the Anderson Power Pole connectors!  I am not a fan of those ubiquitous things!
I'll bet that's where you'll find your problem!
