[Elecraft] Proper K3 filter/options selection?

If you want a separate receive only antenna port in addition to Antenna A/B you might consider the KXV3A option.
i.e. for  a Beverage on 160.  There is no way you can transmit on that port to accidentally damage the receive 
antenna.
I am assuming you are equipping only the sub-rx with the narrow filters, for split operation.
By the way, congratulations to whoever it was at ST0R who copied my little FT-100 on 20 cw, 
while my K3 was out in Calif for repairs at the mother ship.
