No, from that it appears that you have DATA configured for AFSK A and
not DATA A.  AFSK A shifts the passband to center on the MARK/SPACE
tones as defined by the MARK frequency - i.e., FC = (MARK+SPACE)/2

At 900-3400 Hz your FC is close to 2210 Hz which is FC for MARK=2125.
