[Elecraft] KAT2 Bridge null adjustment

Hello,

When I adjust C55 I initially get a high current message that last for a
second, followed by a fluctuating power indication.  The lowest I can adjust
c55 down to is 1.7 volts. 

So what have I missed.  Thanks in advance.
