You can turn off FM mode (CONFIG:FM MODE).

There's a high-pass filter in line with the T/R switch, but that  
should only reduce the low end of the AM broadcast band. If you have a  
signal generator (XG3, etc.), try injecting a signal at the antenna  
jack and compare to other bands.

The Windows version should run on emulation on a mac. I'm not sure if  
anyone is working on a mac native version.
