[Elecraft] S Merter Lite 2.21 now supports the K3

Gee ... it works perfectly on the 2nd CAT port in microHAM Router
(e.g., with microKEYER, DigiKeyer, microKEYER II, DigiKeyer II,
etc. - but not USB Interface II or USB Interface III).
