[Elecraft] K144XV output power range

Stan et al,

My K144XV gives me from 1.5 to 10.5 watts from 0.1 to 1.0 mW of drive.
Although my K3 was factory setup with up to 1.5mW of drive available for the txvtr, I have
found no benefit to exceeding 1.0mW of drive so I have setup the XV1 PWR output
accordingly.
(I get 10.5W out with 1.0mW in.)

YMMV,
