[Elecraft] Rear Panel Mic help ple

Iain and Don , you guys are on the ball, Pin 2 on the XLR is the tip
, pin 3 is the ring and pin 1 is shield .. I don't have Mono tip,
shield so I will move the ring wire to the shield and give it a go
... I'll post the results.
