[Elecraft] TOM HAMMOND, N0SS, SILENT KEY

Some people are remembered for all the help they gave, how situations
were always improved because they were there, how they were always a
clarifying influence, an advancer of anything they embraced.

Of such N0SS.

Rest in peace, Tom, and nicely done.
