[Elecraft] Nearly all sorted Don

Thanks for the help Don, it was C24. When i touched c24 the rx sprang bak to
life. I have re-soldered it and all is ok now. Tx fine too and atu tunes now
also.
Just the CW Sidetone to sort now.
