[Elecraft] [K-3] RTTY for Dummies

I went to the web site run by AA5AU and checked his RTTY page.  All you ever
wanted to know about RTTY, but were afraid to ask.

Now for the K3.  I used MMTTY software, and use the serial cable for rig
control and PTT.  I had to tell MMTTY that I was using SOUND card for TX.

Set the K3 mode to DATA, and the data mode to AFSK A and 45 baud.  Connect
your sound card to the radio in/out jacks and you are ready to rock-n-roll.

RTTY.  I'll use MMTTY and I'll use AFSk and I will *not *use an outboard
interface like Rigblaster, etc.  I mean really simple as in Step 1: Turn on
the radio.
