[Elecraft] checking IF output problem from K3XVA? none detected...

  Brian,

Possibilities that I can think of are:
Bad cable inside the K3 (check with an ohmmeter)
Cable swapped ground and signal (examine physically or use ohmmeter)
IF output transistor bad.

The cures for any problems found can be had at k3support at elecraft.com.

Check the cable you are using outside the K3 as well.
