[Elecraft] K3 RTTY program

Download the latest version of MMTTY.  It is not hard to setup or use.  And after 
you get use to it you can move on to more advance programs that use the MMTTY 
engine in the background.

Biggest thing to remember if using AFSK-A or FSK-D on the K3 is to make sure the K3 
tones match the tones set in MMTTY.  For example, if the K3 is set to 2125-170 you 
want to make sure MMTTY is set for 2125 Hz.
