[Elecraft] P3 ref level and sub receiver

Another suggestion: when the K3 goes into split mode, it would be nice for
the sub vfo indication on the P3 to go from magenta to red.

Also requires communication from the K3 to the P3...

As a suggestion, it would be nice if the P3 would automatically reset itself
when the sub receiver is invoked (guess this would require the K3 to report
this out, so not sure how feasible this is!).
