Thats exactly what I did do, EE INIT followed by restoring my configuration.
All seems to be fine now.

  I've not seen this, but your VFO B area is probably showing power supply voltage when a power level is expected.  

  Can you save your configuration with the K3 Utility, then perform parameter initialization (EE INIT) then restore configuration?  EE INIT is described in the K3 Owners manual.
