[Elecraft] P3 - clicking and display jump

Hi 

New P3 sn 2xx   while listening 20 meters, hear 'clicking' from P3 and
display jumps up/down
from about -120 to -117 and back.   intermittent - but more prevalent when
there is a sig
preamp on or off freq 14005 -14031 sigs S5 -9 

any ideas?
