[Elecraft] FW: P3 and K3 RS-232 baud rates

The K3 operates at 38400 if a P3 is inline. The PC sees the P3's speed, which can be 4800 thru 38400. Your PC software that requires any particular speed is therefore supported. The P3 to K3 link is a high speed one for low latency.
