[Elecraft] Dual Soundcards

  Dave,

Bring up the mixer (volume control) and you can switch between the sound cards under 
Options>Properties>Mixer Devices. Mute one and see if it works for the device you 
want it to.

Round about, but should work. I think Windows will list them in the order they were 
installed.
