[Elecraft] K3 - Front and Rear mic settings seperate?

I don't think the gain and Tx EQ are separate. But if you send me the values you want for bias, gain, and Tx Eq, I can recommend a couple of command  macros that you can invoke from front panel switches that will accomplish the complete front to back switch.
