  Larry,

Does CW transmit work?  If so, check the input to KSB2 U1 pin 6 - it 
should be low with either the closure of the dot paddle or the mic PTT 
switch.

If it does not go low with either, then you have a connection problem 
between the Dot line and the KSB2 board input on P1 pin 4, but if it 
responds to the dot paddle but not the mic PTT switch, you have either a 
problem with the microphone or the plugging of the microphone 
configuration header on the front panel board.
