[Elecraft] Thought for possible feature - Do you want to update this setting Y/N?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has pressed V>M by mistake rather than 
M>V, or turned VFO A instead of B when in the Config menu.
How about a "Do you want to update this setting Y/N?" option?
