[Elecraft] K3 / P3 firmware

Disconnect p3 power plug. Remove K3 power by pulling its power plug. Stop K3 utility. Plug k3 power back in and press K3 power on. Do not power on P3. Start k3 utility and load K3 firmware. Then restore P3 power. 

Newest P3 manual has this info
