[Elecraft] [K2] Curiosity about the kat module options

Hy Don, tnx as usual for your support. My idea was exactly to leave the K2
box with his KAT2 and battery ready for portable operations and keep an
external box with KPA100 and KAT 100, now i'm sure to can do this; the
system will recognize the KAT100 and bypass the onboard atu when external
box is connected.
