[Elecraft] K3 Split and P3

I ran into the exact same thing this weekend.  I have also noticed several
times if I change bands the P3 will not follow the new frequency of the K3. 
A power cycle resolves this but.....

When I get a chance I will try to establish the exact conditions of when
this occurs.
