[Elecraft] K3 Commands via WriteLog 10.80

The latest version of WriteLog (10.80) includes the capability of sending K3
commands via your PC keyboard. I was interested in sending the CW AUTO SPOT
command using the F12 key on my PC keyboard. The serial command for that is
SWT42;. I'm sure some of you have other commands that you might like to
access. Just about any of the special keys on the PC keyboard can be used,
not just the F keys. The explanation is in the WriteLog help file. Just
search for Elecraft. It does also require adding one or two lines to the
writelog.ini file.
