Pippo,
The exact value of R20 is not so critical, although all the datasheet
typical applications use 2.7 ohms. I would suggest that you use the
resistor supplied.
You may also want to check the accuracy of your DMM when measuring small
resistance values. Some meters provide for a zeroing adjustment to
compensate for probe resistance. A loose fitting probe could cause
errors when measuring very low resistances.
As a sanity check for your meter, measure the 1/2 watt resistor on the
RF Board resistor strip, it should measure close to 1.5 ohms.
