[Elecraft] K3/100 Audio level problem

?Hi ,

I am getting low audio level from my K3/100. When I turn AF button to full clockwise I am getting nearly the 10% of the normal audio level in that position.

I did hard-reset to my K3/100, I reloaded the latest firmware again but nothing changed.

All the other functions of my K3/100 seems OK, except the audio level which is to low.

What can I do to solve this problem? Can any one help me?

In the mean time I found the AF Knob (Concentric Shaft, Small) as broken (I don't know why).
