[Elecraft] K3/SV/SDR-IQ/VSPE

I tried to use SDR-IQ with my K3. First used VSPE, which caused frequent
crashes with SV. Then LP-Bridge that quit from time to time, and later
Microham's splitter. The last one was best but SV always locked on wake up.

I bought P3 and its functionality with K3 is amazing. Very useful in last
CQWW C. No software problems and no crashes.
