[Elecraft] Plasma TV Noise any ideas on how to filter it out.

  I wonder if Plasma TV QRM interferes with Civil/Emergency 
Communications like fire, police, HS, or FAA?

That would be a more effective point with neighbors than "you are 
interfering with my hobby".
