[Elecraft] P3 New LVL Cal Function (Beta 0.41)

Many thanks to Bill, W4ZV, for providing the LVL CAL instructions
in his Nov. 11 reflector message.  I did the calibration using an XG-2
both before and after doing the IF output mod in my older K3.

Before the mod, my transfer gain was -21 dB, which I think should
have been -18 dB because I have a 3 dB Rx antenna splitter in line
with my XG-2.

After the IF output mod, my transfer gain is -8.3 dB.  (This time I took
into account the 3 dB attenuation in my splitter by adjusting the level
of the peak to -76  dBm instead of -73 dBm.)
