[Elecraft] A mod. request for the K3 Band0-Band3 output

  Luigi,

The switch between HF and TRN band decoding is determined by the state 
of DIGOUT0 (ACC pin 6) - see the 2nd column of page 19 in the manual.  
Add a pullup to this line and use it to steer which band decoder chip is 
selected.
