[Elecraft] Panadapters - need for bandmap capability

Scott, WU2X, the author of PowerSDR/IF and I have discussed this a
number of times. He is interested in doing it, but I don't know if or
when it might show up. The current priority is merging his version up to
the 2.0 release from Flex Radio, which is theoretically due out soon
(been in beta for quite some time). I'm sure that if it happens, it
would be an option, since many would not want the clutter.
