[Elecraft] Panadapters - need for bandmap capability

It will need more screen real estate than a standalone P3 could offer -
unless the proposed VGA output is actually a vga connector outputting
more than vga resolution. And even then that would require a dedicated
screen in addition to existing computer monitors. This would only be
worth it if there were to be sufficient added value features.
PowerSDR-IF offers the greater potential for trace tagging but without
lots of horizontal resolution it would be difficult to approach the
clarity of Skimmer. Of course, not all languages use horizontal script;
Chinese for example.
