[Elecraft] New K3 Beta Release: APF for CW, "Fast Monitor" & improved TX gate for voice modes

BTW, everyone else has commented on the APF, but as a mainly SSB guy, I love
the new Fast monitor and improvements to the noise gate.  Well done!
