[Elecraft] Point to Point control of K3 (OT?)

I would like to run my K3 at my other location where I have room for 
good antennas.  However I have no Internet access there.  That is the 
bad news.  The good news is that it is only about 4 miles as the crow 
flies and line of sight except for a few trees.  I thought it might 
work to set up a link on 220 or some other frequency but am unsure of 
exactly how to do this.  I would think that one should be able to do 
both voice and control on such a link,  maybe even voice and Ethernet.

Can anyone suggest someplace to find information on this sort of thing?
