[Elecraft] internet remote to K3

Here is a document I found that explains how to setup remote control
for a rig using Ham Radio Deluxe.  I haven't tried this, but I have it
bookmarked because I plan to try it at some point.  This document
talks about Ham Radio Deluxe remote mode and Skype.
